Workshop 5: Paderborn, Germany
The final workshop was held in Paderborn again. The consortium met for the last time from June 18th to June 20th in order to take another closer look at the survey results and work on the conclusions that could be drawn from them. With the information about approaches in other countries that the consortium had acquired during the project the partners were able to combine different best practice examples and ideas to make suggestions for innovative approaches in career orientation. Not only were the partners looking forward to use the new ideas and approaches in their national context for their daily work in career orientation, they were also highly motivated to develop the concept of a European approach into a measure that can be implemented. This will be done in a future project of the consortium.
